so, tonight was my hockey team’s final game of the regular season. unfortunately, we were playing our division’s first place team, the rhinos. the rhinos are a bit frustrating. they were in the division above us, lost something like 11 games in a row, and were demoted to our division. once in our division, they proceeded to win every single remaining game of the season.

our last game was also against the rhinos and we played very well, coming just short of the win in a very close 3-2 game. tonight was a different story. they out skated, out played and out shot us, leading to a 3-1 loss for us.

well, it’s off to the playoffs now. hopefully we get our game together and meet the rhinos in the final, where we can hand them their first loss! :)
