this weekend, i was supposed to go on a road trip to golden, bc with a friend (rob) who is in vancouver for work to meet a friend (ryan) who currently living in calgary for school. i hadn’t seen rob or ryan in quite a few years, so it would have been a lot of fun. unfortunately, rob had to do a little extra work, so ryan flew to vancouver instead. it was a busy weekend of drinking, eating, and even a little exercise on the grouse grind.

yesterday, after being inspired by my co-worker, vince, i went and got a facebook API key. this key will allow me to develop an application for the facebook platform. i don’t want to give too much away, but i’m going to be using ruby on rails to develop my application. i’ll definitely keep you all posted and let you know as i get closer to releasing it.

oh man! this is just too funny. it’s even funnier the second and third time!

so, we don’t have cable, but i still enjoy watching tv.  however, i don’t get to channel surf like i did in the good ol’ days of satellite tv at my parents’ house. so, i’m looking to find out what everyone out there thinks is worth watching.
